DESCRIPTION
The External Vial Washing & Drying Machine is designed for thorough removal of product spillage and contamination on the outer surface of the Vial.The external vial washing machine is comprehensively made for the purpose of washing of the outer surface of the circle shaped vials. It is specifically incorporated for the washing the outer sides of vials and thereby diminishes the particles that are formed on the vials.
The vials are made to enter inside the external glass vial washer with the help of in feed turn table. Furthermore there are two conveyors on which the vials are appropriately fed and transported. In total there are two operations that are carried out in this machines, under which they are washed and dried respectively. Moreover the knifes and syringes are also used for the appropriate working of external vial cleaning machine.
